Packaging ten separate syringes into one outer box without quantity indication made inventory management difficult and risked customer satisfaction. The absence of space for additional information hindered safety compliance and user guidance—crucial aspects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Having experienced the satisfactory services of Ecobliss before, like proactive communication about lead times, pricing, and material availability and given the freedom to innovate, we were allowed to propose a cold seal wallet packaging configuration addressing all the issues:
- Quantity Clarity: The wallet made it immediately clear how many syringes were included, enhancing inventory control and reducing shipping errors. On customers side it was possible to determine at a glance how many syringes were left in the pack.
- Information Space: Ample space allowed to include vital details about the syringes, usage instructions, and regulatory information, improving compliance and user experience.
